Dr. Reimer is originally from Mobile, a graduate of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, the University of Notre Dame (BA, History and Philosophy), and the John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and the Family (MTS).
Following her theological studies she embarked on a medical career, attending medical school at UAB followed by a neurology residency at Georgetown in Washington, DC. Since moving to Auburn seven years ago to work at the Neurology Center of East Alabama she has enjoyed working with the adult education and RCIA classes at St. Michael and hosting events to foster community life.
She is a member of the lay movement Communion and Liberation, founded by Fr. Luigi Giussani. She is engaged to marry the best man in the world, Brian Belsterling.
