The Knights of Columbus have chosen Shawn and Renee Goodrich, the KOC Family of the Month for April, as the “2022-23 Family of the Year!”

In addition to his overall KOC volunteerism, Shawn runs many of the KOC community programs that support other organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, Chewacla State Park, AU Baby Steps and the Alabama Sheriff’s Girls Ranch.  Both Shawn and Renee are Eucharistic Ministers and have organized the Haiti Committee Food-packing event for two years.  Renee is a St. Michael lector, subsitute for the school, and puts in a LOT of volunteer hours at the Alabama Sheriff Girls Ranch.

Their nomination qualifies them for the Alabama State KOC 2022 award. Good luck!
